Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with the Company and your access and use of the website hegemonicproject.com. By ticking the box next to the statement “I agree to the Terms and Conditions and I have read the Privacy Policy” you have agreed to the present Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not visit our website, create an account, or use any of our services. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by terminating your subscription and ceasing all use of our website and services. To terminate your subscription, please follow the account termination instructions provided on our website or contact our support team at info@hegemonicproject.com.
WHO WE ARE
Hegemonic Project Games is the tradename by which Hegemonic Project Limited conducts business. Hegemonic Project Limited, is a company duly incorporated and organised in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus, with registration number HE 386319, and with registered address at 3, Delfon, Episkopio, 2642, Nicosia, Cyprus (the “Company”).

REGISTRATION AND/OR CREATION OF A USER ACCOUNT
As part of the registration process to our website, you must select a username and password. By registering and/or creating a user account, you agree to provide certain information for the purposes of the setting up of your account. By virtue of the present Terms and Conditions you hereby warrant, represent and declare that all information and content provided by you is true, accurate, correct, not in violation of any obligations you have with any other third parties or in violation of any third parties’ rights. You will keep such information and content updated at all times.
The Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years of age or older. By clicking “accept” to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm, warrant and declare that you are 18 years of age or older. Persons under 18 years of age are not eligible to create an account.
CONSUMER GUIDELINES
The present Terms and Conditions treat visitors of our website and buyers of our products as consumers and not businesses. You understand and declare that you shall not copy our products, bypass our security, or otherwise engage in forbidden and/or illegal conduct. You understand and declare that any collection or processing of data from the products without the express written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.
Improper and/or unlawful and/or offensive use of the Company’s website or products shall result in the permanent closing that consumer’s account, without prior notice, if an account exists or the initiation of legal measures. Examples of improper and/or unlawful and/or offensive use of our website or products include the following, although, not exhaustively:-
- for competition purposes;
- using the website in any manner that is illegal, immoral or harmful to us (including to commit or facilitate the commitment of any fraud against us);
- promoting or inciting violence;
- sending malicious content such as viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, malicious code, malicious attack;
- altering or removing any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property notices;
- promoting illegal acts, including violation of intellectual property rights, publicity rights, and privacy rights;
- impersonating any person or entity;
- falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting an affiliation or agency relationship with any person or entity;
- taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
HOW TO ORDER
For creating an order you will firstly need to select any of the items offered under the “Shop” tab of our website and add them to your cart. Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, you may visit your shopping cart.
If you are satisfied with your order and wish to proceed with paying for your products, you may proceed to Checkout. If you are not satisfied and you wish to amend your order, please follow the steps stipulated under the heading “Amending Your Order” below. In order to place an order, you can either subscribe to our website or proceed as a guest. If you are already registered, you will need to log in using your username and password. If you choose to proceed as a guest, you will need to fill in the required information on the Checkout page. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details.
Once you have completed your details on the Checkout page, you will be requested to select your preferred payment method. We offer secure payment options through Stripe and PayPal. To complete your payment, you will be directed to the official Stripe or PayPal gateway where all transactions are safe and guaranteed.
PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
Once you proceed with the payment of the products you have elected to purchase and the payment is cleared by the JCC payment clearance system, a notification email will be sent to the email address you provided us with confirming your order (the “Confirmation email”).
DELIVERY TIME
A delivery time estimation is always written on the Confirmation email you will get as per above and on the detail page of your purchase. Please note that we can only provide an estimation of the delivery and that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time due to the various reasons that may affect delivery. No reimbursement fee or refund is payable to you if the delivery of a product or service is delayed and does not arrive within the delivery time estimation provided the delay is not due to the Company’s fault.
AMENDING YOUR ORDER
If you would like to amend the order that you placed in your shopping cart prior to paying for your order, you can. For increasing or decreasing the amount of products inserted in your shopping cart press the relevant arrow buttons under column “Quantity”. For removing an item from your shopping cart, press the red “x” that appears on the left hand side of the item in the shopping cart. If you would like to add items in your shopping cart, you may visit the “Shop” tab of our website and continue your shopping by selecting those items.
CANCELLATION
You can change your mind about your order and cancel it within 14 days from the day of your order. To let us know about your change of mind, you have to send an email at info@hegemonicproject.com.
If the product has not been shipped yet, we will issue a full refund to the credit card you used to pay for the product.
If the product was shipped but did not arrive to you yet, we will issue a full refund to the credit card you used to pay for the product.
If the product has arrived to the shipping address you provided, we will issue a full refund to the credit card you used to pay for the product, provided that you returned that item unopened, in its original packaging with all seals, shrink-wrap and intact within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning and/or shipping of the products you changed your mind for.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
As stated above, we can only accept the return of products if they are unopened, in its original packaging with all seals, shrink-wrap and intact. Return of products is only allowed if the products were ordered from our website. Kickstarter orders, pledges, and purchases from any third parties, re-sellers or partners are not linked to our website and therefore are exempt from our return policy under the present Terms and Conditions.
The procedure for the return of a product is as follows:
- Please use a safe package to enclose the product;
- Please contact our Customer Support at support@hegemonicproject.com in order to furnish you with a Return Authorisation Number;
- Write the Return Authorisation Number on the package in which the product is enclosed. Please note that we will not be able to accept any returns if they do not bear a Return Authorisation Number. Please do not write anything on the product directly;
- The product must be shipped to the following address:-

- Select a method of delivery that can be traced, otherwise you will not be able to know the status of your return to us;
- When the product is received by us, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the return and be informed about the amount that will be refunded to you;
- When the product has been inspected by us and we confirm that it has been shipped to us in accordance to the above instructions and intact, a full refund will be issued to you within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to the account of your credit card which you used to pay for the product. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning and/or shipping of the products.
If the product has been opened, is without its seals, or in any way tampered with, we will not be able to issue any amount of refund.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
We may replace the products you received, if they arrive damaged or with faults or is missing pieces.
If you think there is something wrong with your product, please send an email to our Customer Support at support@hegemonicproject.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Please insert as subject matter the following phrase: “REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT / ORDER NUMBER: …… / PRODUCT: ……”. Emails that are not sent with the above subject matter may not be opened timely or never responded to.
Please kindly include the following information in the email:-
- The invoice / receipt issued to you with the purchase of the product, evidencing the purchase of the product;
- The shipping address;
- Describe the damage and/or fault of the product;
- Include photographic evidence of the damage and/or fault.
Our Customer Support will get in touch with you in a timely manner. Our Customer Support may either issue a replacement of the product for free or issue a full refund, based on your instructions, and will send you a confirmation email to that respect. Please note that replacement shipping costs are not covered by the Company.
Replacement of products is only allowed for products ordered from our website. Kickstarter orders, pledges, and purchases from any third parties, re-sellers or partners are not linked to our website and therefore are exempt from our replacement policy under the present Terms and Conditions.
REFUNDS POLICY
As stated above, refunds will only be remitted to the account of the credit card used to pay for the product. Full refunds are only remitted in the event that they are unopened, in its original packaging with all seals, shrink-wrap and intact or when the product received is damaged or is faulty or is missing pieces.
It usually takes up to 14-28 working days from the date of our confirmation that a full refund will be issued for the refund amount to appear in your account. In the event that the refund amount does not appear in your account after 28 working days from our confirmation, please contact us immediately at support@hegemonicproject.com.
UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
We may sometimes run out of stock of our products or suspend the production of a specific product or certain products may be unavailable in certain geographical areas. If such thing happens, an “out of stock” notice will appear under the product and you will not be able to select it or add it to your cart. When a product becomes available again, the “out of stock” notice will be removed and you will be able to add it to your cart or order it.
DELAYS
As soon as an order is placed by you, we do our best to send the product to your shipping address immediately and we collaborate with third parties to perform delivery of your products.
Therefore, if the delivery of your product is delayed due to our or any of the third party’s fault we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay.
If the delivery of your product is delayed due to an event outside our control, such as fire, flood, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, act of God, strike, civil unrest, riot, insurrection, revolution, war, terrorism, lack or failure of suppliers or transportation facilities, failure of utilities or telecommunications, failure of third party software, law or governmental regulation or other cause or event which is beyond the reasonable control of the Company, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay, however, you will not be entitled to any compensation for the delay.
PRICES
All prices displayed are including 19% VAT tax. You will not be charged a further amount other than your shipping costs, which will be calculated and displayed to you before you proceed with payment, at the Checkout page.
ORDER HISTORY
All your orders are saved in our database and you can access them when you login to your account.
LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, due to the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
We shall not be held liable for the failure to perform any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by fire, flood, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, act of God, strike, civil unrest, riot, insurrection, revolution, war, terrorism, lack or failure of suppliers or transportation facilities, failure of utilities or telecommunications, failure of third party software, law or governmental regulation or other cause or event which is beyond our reasonable control.
We are responsible to pay you for the loss you suffer equal to the amount of the product purchased, when the loss has been caused by us breaching this contract unless the loss:
- was not obvious that it would happen (so, the loss was unforeseeable);
- caused by a delaying event outside our control;
- could have been avoided by taking reasonable action on your side;
- is a trade or business loss.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Cyprus law.
NO WARRANTY
The information and materials contained in this website, including text, graphics, links or other items are provided in as is basis, as available. Our Company does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions therein. No warranties of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third-party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus, are given in conjunction with the information and materials.
COMPLAINTS
If you have any complaints about the products received or any information displayed on our website, you may send an email at support@hegemonicproject.com and you will be contacted by our Customer Support within 5 (five) working days. We will do our best to resolve any problems or complaints you may have, as customer satisfaction is our primary goal.

We do not transmit the content of this information except to the directly interested recipient and in the cases provided for by law, or in the event that the information is considered to offend and insult our Company. The unenforceability of any term or condition herein, does not affect the validity of all other and/or remaining terms and conditions herein.
ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or delegate any or all of your rights or obligations in these Terms and Conditions. We may assign these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
MISCELLANEOUS
Our delay or failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the present Terms and Conditions shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of such right to act.
